MAGIC: Y (he has no defense against this, so it's all good)
IC LIMITS: While he is an enhanced human, Matt is, at the end of the day, human; he can be injured and killed. Additionally, Matt's "radar" sense cannot fully compensate for his lost sight; he doesn't know what's on a flat canvas, cannot distinguish between colors, and cannot read any documents that aren't in Braille.
WARNINGS: general violence, extensive history of trauma, lots of mental health issues here, uhh if there's anything else that comes up, just let me know?
POWERS/ABILITIES: After the accident that blinded Matt as a child, his other senses were enhanced to superhuman levels. His enhanced hearing includes an ability to use something like echolocation (which is referred to in the comics as a "radar sense"), detecting objects and people in his environment by the echoes that bounce off of them, and he is able to detect dishonesty by listening to the heartbeats of those he's speaking with. His senses of taste, smell, and touch also far surpass those of the average person, as well as his balance, dexterity, and reflexes. Having been trained by master Chaste warrior Stick, Matt is an expert martial artist and acrobat, adept at hand-to-hand combat, and is skilled with weapons such as staffs and clubs. Finally, with a law degree from Columbia and years of experience working as a lawyer, Matt possesses a vast amount of legal knowledge, as well as a keen ability to make persuasive arguments.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Because of his enhanced hearing, Matt can detect other people's heartbeats, which serves as a pretty reliable indicator of whether someone is being truthful; thus, he can likely be able to tell if your character is lying. I will follow any cues that you give me in brackets/narration, and will not add anything beyond that unless we've discussed it! And, of course, I'm always available for any questions or concerns about this.
